Quick and yummy recipe to make a real tiramisu...suggested from a real italian!


Ingredients


Method

  1. Mix the egg yolks with mascarpone cheese and five spoons of sugar until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
  2. Carefully whip the egg whites until the foam is fully soft.
  3. Pour the whipped whites into the creamy mixture, and stir.
  4. Dip the ladyfingers into a basin of coffee and place them in a baking tin. That will be the first layer!
  5. Pour some of your cream on top of the first layer of ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the 4th and 5th passage again.
  7. Place a light amount of cocoa powder on top of your cream, put it in the fridge and...

Don't put the eggs in the fridge before using them, or your perfect dessert will turn into a disaster...believe me, I've been in that situation!
